Product Associate role focused on supporting the integration and delivery of AI/ML and Gen AI technologies within Chase Travel products. Requires basic knowledge of AI/ML and LLMs, with 3+ years in product management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in identifying and prioritizing AI/ML opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends
  2. Support the deployment of AI/ML and Gen AI technologies to automate processes, reduce costs, and generate revenue
  3. Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence to help manage and track projects
  4. Help develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support AI & Innovation product initiatives
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, ops servicing, marketing) to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in product management, with a focus on AI, Product, or Travel related fields
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated project management skills and understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business and technology stakeholders
  • Understanding of product agility practices, including iterative development and adaptive planning

Nice to have

  • Candidate from a Travel or Financial Services background preferred
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and AI Platforms/Models
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies or AI/ML technologies would be an advantage
  • Prior experience working in a product organization, driving collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions
