Chemical Operator job description:
- Induct, load, and unload piece parts.
- Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.
- Clean electrical contacts as required.
- Perform chemical dumps.
- Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.
- Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.
- Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.
- Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.
- Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
- Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
- Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.
- Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to read blueprints.

Additional information:
- Starting pay rate: $20.90/hour + $1.00 night shift premium
- Night Shift: M-TH, 8:00pm -6:00am
- Successful candidates must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.

Summary Pay Range:
$20.90 - $27.10
