Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that laboratory areas remain in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, pharmacopeias, and corporate quality procedures.
- Review analytical results and complete the holistic evaluation of batches analyzed in the laboratory.
- Generate and/or review laboratory documents including, but not limited to, laboratory data, procedures, qualification protocols, or any document related to laboratory analysis.
- Provide analytical and technical support for QC Laboratory. Demonstrated strong knowledge in problem solving, troubleshooting, method validation/transfer and equipment qualification.
Requirements:
Education/License
- Bachelor or Master degree in the scientific discipline of Chemistry
- Chemist license required
- Handling of Explosives
Skills
- Strong leadership skills, customer focus and continuous improvement oriented.
- Computer literate, teamwork oriented, strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other parts of the organization and across multiple levels.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility is required to provide technical support to a 24-hour process operation.
- Fully Bilingual
Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$52,500 - $154,000
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
