Chemist (r1-r5)

Eli Lilly Eli Lilly · Pharma · Boston, MA

Chemist role focused on quantitative analysis for RNA therapeutics development, involving metabolite identification, in vitro/in vivo studies, and analytical method development for siRNA and antibody-conjugated-siRNA programs. Requires experience with HPLC-MS, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and handling biological samples.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify metabolites of oligonucleotides using high resolution mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
  2. Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to assess siRNA-based modalities for efficacy, exposure, potency, and durability.
  3. Enable platform development through in vitro stability assays.
  4. Conduct analytical assay development for siRNA-based modalities in connection with pre-portfolio, portfolio, and candidate selection.
  5. Develop analytical methods to support antibody conjugated-siRNA programs.
