What you'd actually do

  1. Run the core operating rhythm for the Office of the CPO, including but not limited to CPO directs, R&D leadership, and product leads at executive meetings
  2. Drive high-quality preparation, agendas, decisions, and follow-through for leadership meetings so the right conversations happen and actions move
  3. Build crisp, executive-ready materials for board discussions, product strategy reviews, quarterly planning, and other senior leadership forums
  4. Lead R&D All Hands program management and CPO exec communications so priorities are clear, messaging is coherent, and leaders stay on the same page
  5. Plan leadership offsites and other org moments that strengthen team culture, improve engagement, and help the product organization operate as one team
