Chief of Staff for Microsoft Security User Experience, partnering with CVP to drive execution, shape strategy, and ensure alignment across UX, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams. Role focuses on operational effectiveness, cross-discipline alignment, business operations, executive communications, and leading special projects related to strategic priorities like AI transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive end-to-end execution of Security UX priorities in alignment with Microsoft’s Security, Quality, and AI transformation goals.
  2. Design and run the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including leadership team meetings, business reviews, and executive engagements.
  3. Orchestrate work across disciplines to support a cohesive product and customer experience.
  4. Serve as people manager of the UX Business Manager who is responsible for overseeing core business operations, including planning cycles, budget alignment, and ensuring adherence to compliance, privacy, and security expectations.
  5. Develop clear, compelling executive narratives for leadership reviews, board engagements, and company-wide communications.
  6. Partner with HR and leadership to drive a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
  7. Lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives aligned to strategic priorities (e.g., AI transformation, operating model evolution, quality improvements).
