Thyme Care is seeking a Chief of Staff for their Care Delivery organization. This role will drive clarity, alignment, and execution within a large clinical and operational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, and a strong understanding of how to leverage data and technology to support patient care. The role emphasizes operational acumen, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, value-based care environment.

Skills

Required

  • 5-7 years of experience in roles requiring problem-solving, structured execution, and cross-functional influence
  • Background in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or a closely adjacent field — with direct exposure to how care delivery organizations operate
  • Strong operational acumen — comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance management.
  • Experience partnering with clinical stakeholders (nursing, providers, social work) in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to distill complex, multi-threaded situations into crisp executive-ready narratives
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking; comfortable building frameworks, synthesizing data, and making recommendations under uncertainty
  • High organizational intelligence — able to read dynamics, navigate competing priorities, and build trust across functions and seniority levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing precision or follow-through.
  • Proficiency in performance management tools, operational dashboards, and/or project management frameworks
