Chief of Staff for Global Channel Sales (GCS) organization, responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions. This role will focus on business operations, strategic planning, process optimization, and executive collaboration to influence Microsoft's partner engagement strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Key contributor and influencer of the business strategy through account planning, regional reviews, monthly & quarterly executive reviews, and other initiatives. Ensure planning, landing and reviews of prioritized business commitments are accomplished.
  2. Lead cross-functional and strategic projects to support the executive leader and drive measurable results that deliver business impact for the broad organization. Support strategic planning process, rhythm of business, coordinate executive partner meeting briefs, action items, and other executive office functions.
  3. Trusted change advisor and a thought leader around topics such as compliance, readiness, training, organizational policy education, and operating with a high bar of quality around streamlined end to end processes.
  4. Lead fiscal planning processes for revenue & OPEX, in partnership with finance and in alignment with GPS guidance. Review business performance and support financial management of the team’s budgets. Ensure leader accountability for revenue and operational expenditure (OpEx) forecast accuracy.
  5. Drive sustained, pervasive connections and conversations across the organization to improve the teams Thrive score deliver better employee experience and organizational performance​.
