What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the HFE FCE and core leadership team to manage daily operations, prioritize initiatives, and streamline decision-making processes
  2. Oversee the strategic management of the FCE’s travel plans, content, and follow-up
  3. Serve as a liaison between the FCE and internal/external stakeholders, including engineering teams, program leaders, peer FCE offices, and executive leadership
  4. Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on critical issues
  5. Prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership and external partners
