What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team — elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-in
  2. Proactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO — you see around corners and close gaps
  3. Coordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationships
  4. DRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM — surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates friction
  5. Develop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function owns

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years in strategy, operations, or an analytical hybrid role at a high-growth tech company
