What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy for Tapestry, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and government requirements
  2. Drive innovation in software development practices, methodologies, and technologies to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery
  3. Lead the technical requirements and resource allocation in support of capture activities, including proposal development and solution design
  4. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it supports the software development lifecycle and meets the operational needs of the organization
  5. Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance with federal regulations
