What you'd actually do

  1. Performing due diligence including valuation analysis for primary, secondary, and other capital market offerings
  2. Representing the firm at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks
  3. Working with our global team to expand the firm's presence in new areas within capital markets
  4. Interacting with sell-side sales and research contacts
  5. Precisely communicating valuation changes and investment theses to global trading teams in time sensitive environments
  6. Developing and evaluating trade ideas that involve fundamental catalysts or valuation insights

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing securities (Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy Side or similar)
  • significant experience working on capital markets transactions
  • Undergraduate university degree (BS/BA equivalent) or graduate work in a quantitative field
  • Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis and financial modeling
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

About the Position

We are looking for an analyst to work on our global capital markets team. The analyst will have responsibility for many parts of the deal process, including:
