Responsibilities include circuit architecting, simulation, characterization, transistor-level verification, and participating in CAD flow development and layout supervision. What you'd actually do

  5. Participating in building CAD flow for circuit design.
  6. Layout floor planning and supervision.

Skills

Required

  • BSEE or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience
  • Strong background in deep submicron CMOS process and device
  • Good knowledge in high speed digital circuit design techniques
  • Experience in circuit simulation, schematic capture and layout verification CAD tools
  • Ability to effectively use AI-enabled applications to improve productivity
  • Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to learn quickly and work independently

  • MSEE preferred
