Claims Service Representative

Customer Service Representative responsible for obtaining first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims, handling customer questions on process, policies, and next steps, and updating claim information.

What you'd actually do

  1. Handle all First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for both Auto and Property customers
  2. Handle inquiry calls for both Auto and Property customers, making decisions on claims
  3. Provide exceptional Customer Experience based on claims service and quality standards
  4. Responding to customers with empathy, care and concern
  5. Secure and accurately document all details concerning a loss

Skills

Required

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year auto/property claim adjusting
  • Competency in oral and written communication
  • Skilled in providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to work under pressure and high volumes completing tasks efficiently

Nice to have

  • preferable multilingual
