Client Account Lead for an enterprise SaaS company specializing in Process Intelligence and Process Mining, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation and customer success using AI capabilities. The role involves managing executive relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and accelerating platform adoption to achieve measurable business impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  4. Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  5. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
