Client Account Lead - Strategy Transformation

Client Account Lead responsible for driving data-driven business transformation for strategic customers using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform, focusing on customer success, adoption, and value realization. Experience with AI-based transformation is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  4. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
