This role is for a Client Account Manager at Reddit, focusing on B2B services and advertising. The primary responsibility is to onboard new advertisers, help them launch and optimize campaigns on Reddit, and drive revenue growth. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, developing test and learn strategies, and collaborating with internal teams. While clients may use AI tools, this role itself is not directly involved in building or researching AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead new advertisers through their first successful activation on Reddit, supporting Business Manager setup, campaign creation, and driving rapid time-to-launch so advertisers can quickly see early performance signals and momentum.
  2. Proactively analyze campaign performance data, build and execute structured Test & Learn roadmaps (e.g., creative A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies), and provide data-backed recommendations to help clients achieve and exceed their initial goals.
  3. Identify and secure opportunities to scale advertiser investment by demonstrating clear performance impact and ROI, driving upsell and expansion across your portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Ad Operations to ensure advertisers are onboarded successfully, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve campaign setup and performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance while translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through client meetings, presentations, and written communications.

Skills

Required

  • 4-7 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing or contributing to revenue targets through client expansion, upsell, or portfolio growth.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations (experience with tools such as Excel or similar analytical applications).
  • Experience developing test & learn strategies and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing performance, including strong familiarity with attribution models, signal implementation and third-party MTA/MMM measurement partners
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and broader marketing ecosystem, particularly within B2B or performance marketing environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a large portfolio of clients and external partners.
