Client Account Manager for Reddit's Mid-Market B2C Services, focusing on acquisitions. Responsibilities include client onboarding, strategy, performance optimization, and revenue scaling to ensure clients achieve their goals on the platform within the first six months.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the process of them activating on Reddit for the first time by supporting them with the Business Manager and initial campaign creation processes.
  2. Lead the signal and technical foundations to ensure all new advertisers have a strong implementation (pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement)
  3. Proactively analyze campaign performance data, implement a continuous Test & Learn roadmap (e.g., A/B testing creative, audience segmentation), and provide data-backed recommendations to help clients beat their initial goals.
  4. Identify and secure scaling opportunities within the first two quarters by demonstrating clear ROI, leading to expanded budgets and seamless transition to the SSG team.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients are onboarded to Reddit effectively by submitting tickets to troubleshoot issues, and improve their set up and performance.

Skills

Required

  • 4-7 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
