What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a Strategic Advisor: Align with VW to co-create the Account strategy and own the technology vision.
  2. Build Trust at the C-Level: Become a trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/EA-level contacts and their teams as they look to transform their business.
  3. Lead Enterprise Architecture Engagements: Understand VW's business strategy and technology needs, identify key capabilities, and clearly link them to business outcomes.
  4. Drive the Solution Vision: Be accountable for the development of ROI-driven business case documents, visioning proposals, enterprise architecture artifacts, solution roadmaps, and executive presentations.
  5. Mentor and Guide: Share your expertise by mentoring sales, pre-sales, and customer resources on strategic opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Recent consulting or enterprise experience
  • Enterprise/Chief Architect background with a CRM, Data, or Customer Experience focus
  • Proven experience advising automotive manufacturers on digital transformation, business architecture, or operating model redesign
  • Strong communication and executive presence with C-level clients (CIO/CTO/CDO)
  • Business-fluent German and English (C1/C2)
  • Based in Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf) or remote work close to the customer's offices

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly the Automotive Industry Cloud
  • Familiarity with modern Digital Operating Models, Transformation programs, and design thinking frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and architectural principles
  • Experience navigating European data sovereignty, compliance, and trust concerns, particularly regarding enterprise AI adoption
