What you'd actually do

  1. Support consulting initiatives
  2. Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.
  3. Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients grow their portfolios in their core business
  4. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
  5. Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments

Skills

Required

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • Experience in payments or financial institution consulting
  • Experience working with financial metrics and trends to measure business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to approach problems with strong critical thinking and analytical discipline
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
  • Skilled at using presentation, data visualization, and pyramid-principle storytelling to help clients make the best, fact-based decisions for their business
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of banking operations, payment schemes, fintech market trends and developments, including products & services, business systems and processes, marketing initiatives and card issuing experience

Nice to have

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
