Client Consulting Manager

Visa is seeking a Client Consulting Manager in Hong Kong to work with cross-functional teams to serve major Financial Institutions and merchants. The role involves providing valuable analysis and insights, focusing on results, data-driven decision making, organization, accountability, teamwork, and innovative analytics. The position is within the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team, which drives tangible, impactful, and financial results for Visa's network clients through expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics. The manager will support strategic consulting engagements for Hong Kong & Macau, focusing on analytical individuals with previous strategy, consulting, and/or financial experience, ideally in payments. Typical projects include increasing market share, acquiring customers using emerging technology, managing credit risk, optimizing product offerings, and enhancing loyalty solutions. Responsibilities include leading client engagements, conducting industry research, creating custom analytics, analyzing client data for trends and insights, developing client presentations, contributing to new consulting solutions, monitoring industry trends, developing whitepapers, understanding client pain points, leading proposals, and facilitating meetings/workshops. Projects may involve customer lifecycle management, digital product/marketing strategies, industry landscape evaluations, and optimizing customer experience. Experience in card issuing and a passion for areas like loyalty, product, credit risk, or operations are desired, along with the ability to pivot from strategy development to program execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Play a leading role on a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients
  2. Lead and conduct client engagements / industry research and identify data resources to create custom analytics
  3. Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify trends and insights from internal and external data source
  4. Develop client-specific presentations to address client executive needs and deliver presentations to clients and internal Visa partners
  5. Play an integral role in the development of existing / new consulting solutions and materials to train VCA team members
