Client Consulting Manager

Visa is seeking a Client Consulting Manager to lead consulting initiatives and project teams for bank partners. The role involves developing frameworks, solutions, and recommendations to address client opportunities and challenges, analyzing large datasets to derive insights, and building scalable solutions and toolkits. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in strategy consulting and banking operations preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead consulting initiatives & project teams on various project opportunities with our Bank Partners
  2. Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
  3. Build solutions and measurable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and customer engagement in their core business
  4. Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities across the verticals and segments
  5. Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice.

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Ability to reliably manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to identify meanings insights and recommendations for clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling and facilitation skills
  • Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel modelling skills
  • Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently

Nice to have

  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting industry (Big3 and others)
  • Prior experience at Big3 or other strategy consulting firms. Big4 candidates with advisory experience are also welcome
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, marketing initiatives and card issuing experience
  • Technologically savvy, curious, up to date with digital trends and applications
  • International education
