Celonis is seeking a Client Engagement Partner to lead data-driven business transformation initiatives for strategic customers, leveraging their AI-driven Process Intelligence Graph. This role involves engaging with C-level executives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving adoption of the Celonis platform to achieve measurable business impact and accelerate value realization. The position requires strong executive relationship management, consulting skills, and experience in large-scale transformation programs, with AI-based transformation being a strong plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  4. Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  5. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
