Client Executive Vec - Vcg Channel Management

Client Executive role focused on sales and relationship management for Verizon's 5G Home footprint in multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, planning marketing activities, coordinating events, and resolving customer escalations. The role requires building relationships with property staff and overseeing vendor sales agents.

What you'd actually do

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with property staff.
  2. Overseeing two-to-three vendor sales agents.
  3. Creating marketing plans to increase sales.
  4. Pulling sales data from Verizon systems.
  5. Updating documents in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell.
  • Experience in systems, including Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE and VZAI.
