Netflix is seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive revenue growth for its ad-supported model in Mexico. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients, selling advertising solutions, and acting as a strategic partner to help clients achieve their marketing goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital advertising sales, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of the digital video landscape.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of mid‑market and growth/small accounts, often handling a high number of clients in parallel while maintaining exceptional service quality
  2. Generate interest and excitement around Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing Teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence ad spending decisions
  3. Focus on clients’ digital and programmatic strategies, including audience planning, data strategy, analytics and measurement, and creative
  4. Accelerate clients’ education and usage of Netflix’s scaled media solutions to advance their long‑term growth and business priorities
  5. Apply deep knowledge of digital advertising and brand marketing to anticipate client needs, expand key relationships, and demonstrate the power of Netflix Ads

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in roles such as Account Management, Client Partner, Account Executive, Customer Success, Ad Sales, or similar.
  • Proven experience managing and growing mid‑market and/or growth/small accounts, ideally with a high‑volume book of business.
  • Demonstrated history of expanding a client portfolio and consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Considerable experience building and closing annual agreements and client JBPs.
  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across different client organizations; enterprise experience is a plus but not required.
  • Self‑starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player.
  • Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and brand marketing.
  • Experience in prospecting and onboarding, with a strong hunter profile – comfortable identifying, pitching, and ramping new clients.
  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes.
  • Consultative problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Strong, confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed.
