Client Partner, Mid-market (shopping Goods Acquisitions)

Client Partner role focused on acquiring new brands and establishing partnerships for Reddit's advertising suite. Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new business, managing a book of business, and collaborating with account managers. What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve those customers’ marketing and business goals
  2. Establish new relationships, acquire new clients (both direct and agency-driven), and bring them onto the platform in a way that sets them up for long-term success
  3. Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close
  4. Collaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit
  5. Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor

Skills

Required

  • 4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • High familiarity with sales tools for research, prospecting, prioritization, and client outreach at scale
  • A hunger for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business
  • Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
