This role supports and manages the execution of BCG U client upskilling programs, focusing on operational excellence and client experience. It involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing learner onboarding, facilitating live sessions, monitoring program metrics, and handling administrative/legal components. A key aspect is leveraging GenAI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve program delivery and efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinating and aligning with clients and case teams on schedules, logistics, and milestones.
  2. Managing learner onboarding, inquiries, tracking participation, and completion.
  3. Facilitating smooth collaboration with internal teams (learning designers, faculty, platform & solutions team) and external vendors.
  4. Driving the preparation and delivery of live sessions for client learners, including facilitating such sessions.
  5. Working collaboratively to identify and monitor program metrics and address complex issues, using data to develop practical recommendations that improve client and learner outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in relevant business.
  • Relevant educational qualifications such as a graduation degree.
  • Demonstrated Project Management Expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong command of the English language.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights from into actionable recommendations.
  • Data analytics skills, including tools like Tableau preferred.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Word.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-stakes projects involving multiple senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI capabilities and a proactive mindset toward leveraging AI agents and automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Comfort experimenting with and implementing emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Nice to have

  • Experience/exposure to digital learning, Edtech preferred.
  • Consulting Experience a plus but consulting mindset a requirement.
  • A strong interest in talent and upskilling.
