What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end client experience across all aspects of the relationship with JPMorgan Payments
  2. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  3. Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and risks are escalated appropriately
  4. Lead and deliver service reviews, providing insights and driving continuous improvement
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business to anticipate needs and propose solutions
