What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver high-quality daily service and operational support to internal and external clients
  2. Monitor client inquiries and service requests, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution
  3. Investigate non-routine issues and exceptions, coordinating with internal partners to drive closure
  4. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, setting expectations and providing accurate updates
  5. Document issue details, actions taken, and outcomes to support consistent service and controls

Skills

Required

  • Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (I.E. Tableau, LLMs, MS Office Suite); comfortable working with data
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proactive mindset to drive change

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with global custody or post-trade operations concepts
  • Familiarity with financial messaging and payments concepts (for example, SWIFT, foreign exchange, reconciliations)
  • Self-starter, ability to learn quickly, Strong leadership skills with focus to mitigate risks and taking proactive approach to ensure “Best in Class” result.
