What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and develop a team of Client Service Account Managers (CSAM) through hiring, training, and coaching.
  2. Navigate the organization to achieve outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct weekly staff meetings and quarterly check-ins with GCB/Payments Sales partners.
  4. Act as a customer advocate to enhance service quality across product and operational areas.
  5. Maintain direct client relationships, resolve issues, and monitor client SLAs.
