Client Service Regional Manager for JPMorgan Chase's Emerging Middle Market commercial banking division.   • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products
  • Data Analytics & Change Management experience – including presenting finding

  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting & present findings

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills

  • 6+ years of client facing work experience
  • Delivering Coaching and Feedback/People Management
  • Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization including senior management, sales, IT, operations and product management, banking, implementation, service, KYC, liquidity, merchant, card, credit, legal, compliance, etc.
