Client Services Specialist, German Speaker (spanish as a Second Language)

This role provides frontline support to Autodesk customers and partners, focusing on resolving product access, licensing, and account issues. The specialist will deliver an exceptional customer experience by solving problems effectively and communicating clearly. Responsibilities include multi-channel support, troubleshooting, educating customers, acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to knowledge base content. Minimum qualifications include a BSc or MSc degree, fluency in German and English, and experience with CRM systems. Preferred qualifications include additional language skills and customer service experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) to customers and partners
  2. Troubleshoot product access, licensing, account, and order-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
  3. Ensure access to purchased software using internal systems and remote tools
  4. Deliver a high-quality, solution-focused customer experience
  5. Educate customers and partners through training sessions, onboarding, webinars, and self-service guidance

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience using a CRM system
