Responsibilities include multi-channel support, troubleshooting, educating customers, acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to knowledge base content. The role requires a BSc or MSc graduate with 0-4 years of experience and proficiency in CRM systems, with language skills in Italian, Spanish, and French being advantageous.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) to customers and partners
  2. Troubleshoot product access, licensing, account, and order-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
  3. Ensure access to purchased software using internal systems and remote tools
  4. Deliver a high-quality, solution-focused customer experience
  5. Educate customers and partners through training sessions, onboarding, webinars, and self-service guidance

Skills

Required

  • BSc or MSc graduate with 0–4 years of professional experience
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed

Nice to have

  • Salesforce preferred
  • Italian, Spanish, French plus other language skills are an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or support environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
