This role is for a Principal Associate in Client Services Treasury Management at Capital One.   1. Manage and empower a pod of Client Service associates, focusing on their professional development, coaching, and performance management.
  2. Recruit and retain top talent, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and belonging.
  3. Provide direction and coaching to bring out the best in each individual as well as the team.
  4. Own the client experience in all interactions, ensuring detailed follow-through and a "client-first" work ethic.
  5. Lead the management of day-to-day pod work while identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to improve internal controls and processes.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Service, or Business Process Management
  • At least 2 years of People Management experience
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Client Services or Treasury Management
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • 10+ Mbps preferred internet speed
