Client Solutions Manager for CPG & D2C in India, responsible for partnering with advertisers to transform their business, build key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, brand and performance marketing strategy, creative upskilling, and measurement. The role involves using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities. Success requires consultative sales experience, analytical rigor, client servicing, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills. The role also involves integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact, demonstrating ongoing AI skill development, and adhering to responsible AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our customers
  2. Analyze platform, brand and/or outcomes data to build insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Messaging solutions
  3. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and be the voice of our clients’ for the short and long-term cross-functional priorities, and drive critical wins for their advertisers by deploying the right cross-functional resources
  4. Serve as external solution consultant educating clients and media agencies on our products and best practices, and drive adoption of Meta’s products and solutions
  5. Guide branding strategy, audience and media planning, and implementation & measurement of campaigns to deliver against pre-defined business KPIs.
