Client Solutions Manager role focused on driving revenue and advertiser satisfaction by leveraging data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for clients. The role involves optimizing marketing campaigns, advising on strategy, and managing client portfolios. While not directly building AI models, the role requires understanding and integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact, with an emphasis on responsible AI practices and ongoing AI skill development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients
  2. Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, martech, etc.)
  3. Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  4. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
  5. Manage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)

Skills

Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or similar
  • 6+ years experience working directly in analytics, marketing/media and/or consulting firms, and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English
  • Experience using a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Experience building client and partner relationships that drive adoption of recommended solutions
  • Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with Performance Marketing Experience
  • Experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally)
  • Experience in Meta’s advertising solutions and other digital advertising platforms

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or postgraduate degree
  • Experience or interest in ad tech, working with data, and knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or statistical packages
