Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group team, partnering with strategic clients to ensure their success on Meta platforms. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction through data-driven insights and consultative sales. The position requires experience with large datasets, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritizing tasks. While the role involves understanding and integrating AI tools for workflow optimization and ethical AI practices, its core function is client solutions and marketing strategy within the eCommerce domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  2. Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  3. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against clients' marketing objectives
  4. Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)
  5. Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
  • Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
  • Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement
  • Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Knowledge how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools
  • Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and performance marketing
  • Experience in the eCommerce or retail industry
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
