Client Solutions Manager for Microsoft Advertising in Paris, France. This role focuses on driving revenue and customer satisfaction by developing strategic client relationships and delivering customized digital advertising solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. You will partner with internal partner teams, including Client Director and specialist teams, to develop and execute MSA account plans, leveraging winning sales strategies replicated across clients and client types.
  2. You will learn about the advertisers’ business drivers, compelling events, seasonality of business to identify opportunities to optimize consumption and partner with the Client Director in development of account plans for the client. Goals focus on Search, Audience Ads, enriched by the full spectrum of Microsoft Advertising offerings such as Gaming, Video, and beyond, as well as cross Microsoft opportunities and share accountability with the Client Director and the team.
  3. You will influence existing Digital Marketing Managers and Directors, Digital Buying Groups and always lead with insights and data and tailor content and messages about ways to grow and optimize campaigns to increase business results as you influence Stakeholders and Decision Makers by sharing data insights and product demonstrations, bringing to life how MSA can increase business results.
  4. You will optimize the existing book of advertisers’ business to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent sales hygiene, consistently execute against pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals. Uses a solution selling mindset to identify across Microsoft opportunities that deliver end-to-end beneficial client outcomes as well as bring the best resources to overcome blockers and ensure success.
  5. You will support the Client Director in building a plan to ensure smooth closing and timely renewal of contracts.

Required

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising) OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising) OR relevant work experience (e.g., sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on digital advertising) OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience.
  • Experience managing hands-on search advertising campaigns and other performance-based digital marketing campaigns.
  • Full proficiency in English and French (both written and verbal)

  • Deep understanding of online attribution and tracking, as well as experience with platforms like Microsoft Advertising, competitive Ad platforms.
