Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Global Business Group, supporting advertisers in leveraging Meta's advertising platforms to achieve their business objectives. In this role, you will partner with Client Partners to deliver data-driven campaign strategies, performance marketing solutions, and consultative account management across Meta's family of apps and services. You will work directly with advertisers to translate their goals into actionable media plans, optimize campaign performance, and surface insights that drive measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
Support Client Partners in developing and executing strategic account plans that align advertiser objectives with Meta's advertising solutions across brand and performance marketing Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations for advertisers running campaigns across Meta platforms Assist in building and presenting media plans, creative recommendations, and measurement frameworks tailored to client business goals Manage day-to-day account operations including budget pacing, reporting, and campaign troubleshooting to ensure delivery against client KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing science, and creative strategy to develop integrated solutions for advertisers Develop working knowledge of Meta's advertising product suite, including auction-based buying, audience targeting, and conversion optimization tools Support the preparation of client-facing materials such as performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations Contribute to vertical expertise by researching industry trends and competitive dynamics relevant to assigned advertiser categories Identify opportunities to grow advertiser investment by connecting client needs to relevant Meta advertising products and solutions
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, media planning, or performance marketing Experience analyzing campaign or marketing data to derive insights and inform recommendations Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing competing workstreams to meet deadlines Experience communicating analytical findings and strategic recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders Familiarity with direct response and brand marketing strategies across social or digital media channels Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and improve the quality or efficiency of client deliverables Experience using data visualization or analytics tools to build client-facing reporting and dashboards Experience working directly with Meta advertising products including Ads Manager, pixel implementation, or campaign optimization tools Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
