This role is focused on driving business growth through advanced performance marketing solutions for merchant partners within Uber's advertising platform. It involves identifying, developing, pitching, and implementing demand generation strategies, acting as a subject-matter expert in advertising and promotional campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams and clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with AMs to identify Demand Generation opportunities within their portfolio.
  2. Analyze merchant insights shared by AMs to confirm upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Demand Generation solutions.
  3. Lead 301+ level Demand Generation pitches, including discovery, handling objections, and budget recommendations.
  4. Oversee the setup of campaigns, ensuring alignment with merchant capabilities and go-live dates.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of full-time experience
  • Experience working in a sales or account management client facing role

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in advertising/media sales
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external partners
  • Experience in end-to-end SMB and/or Mid-Market Digital Advertising Sales
  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
