Client Value Partner at Celonis, a leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining. This role focuses on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic customers using Celonis' AI capabilities, specifically the Process Intelligence Graph. The CVP acts as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, leading teams to ensure customer success, accelerate platform adoption, and realize measurable business impact. The role requires strong executive relationship management, consulting skills, and experience in large-scale transformation programs, with AI-based transformation being a strong plus. It is a customer-facing product/value realization role within an established enterprise SaaS company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  4. Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry/domain expertise.
  5. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
