Client-facing role at an enterprise SaaS company specializing in Process Intelligence and Process Mining. The role focuses on translating C-level vision into realized value by linking the company's platform capabilities to key business outcomes in the Utilities & Energy sector. Responsibilities include identifying and framing value, driving engagement success, orchestrating ecosystems, solving systemic challenges, and scaling value through best practices and product feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate Strategy to Operations: Analyze the client's strategic goals (e.g., Decarbonization, Rate Base Growth, Grid Modernization) and map them to a long-term vision utilizing the Celonis platform.
  2. Drive Engagement Success: Lead the executive relationship and value workstream for large-scale transformations, ensuring the program effectively delivers on its "digital twin" promise across diverse operating companies.
  3. Codify Best Practices: Turn our client successes into reusable assets, playbooks, and thought leadership for the broader Energy & Utilities practice.
  4. Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" to our Product teams, ensuring our development roadmap aligns with the specific asset-intensive needs of the sector.
  5. Build the Business Case: Construct robust, board-level business cases that articulate the financial impact of Process Intelligence (e.g., impact on O&M efficiency, ROE improvement, or Storm Response agility) to C-Suite executives.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Utilities, Energy Conglomerate, or Renewables developer combined with Strategy Consulting
  • Granular knowledge of the value chain (Asset Lifecycle Management, Capital Project Controls, Supply Chain, Customer Operations)
  • Track record of driving large-scale transformation programs and impacting P&L
  • Understanding of modern utility stack (SAP IS-U, Maximo, Oracle Primavera)
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives
