Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner to drive data-driven business transformation for strategic customers in the Digital Technology/Online Travel industry. This role involves leading customer success, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure value realization and platform adoption. The role emphasizes executive relationship management, driving profitable growth, and leveraging industry expertise with analytical and consulting skills. While the company heavily invests in AI capabilities like the Process Intelligence Graph, this specific role focuses on customer value and platform adoption rather than direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal / external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  2. Ensure engagements are properly staffed leveraging resources from global cross-functional Celonis teams, such as Servicing, Product & Engineering
  3. Mentor customer on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to focus on increasing adoption of our platform.
  4. Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey
  5. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations, establishing a structured feedback loop to continuously gather insights and improve products and services.
