Product Manager role within JPMorgan Chase's Client360 team, focusing on unifying client data and delivering enterprise-wide insights. The role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy and discovery to launch and iteration, with a focus on customer value, scalability, and collaboration. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
  2. Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  3. Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  4. Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  5. Support the development and execution of business initiatives for Client360 Transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
  • Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver stakeholder needs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics and CRM.
