What you'd actually do

  1. Utilize professional electrophysiology knowledge and skills to provide surgical support to operators, ensuring the safety and smoothness of surgeries.
  2. Familiarize with customer surgical habits, communicate efficiently with operators, continuously improve professional skills, and independently complete simple to complex arrhythmia surgery support in the region.
  3. Keep abreast of industry and company development trends, proactively learn and master new concepts, new technologies, and the advantages and usage of new products in the industry, and be able to formulate targeted and decomposable promotion and communication plans.
  4. Proficiently use new products, digital and other new tools and new technologies to assist the professional education team in improving operators' concepts, skills, and confidence.
  5. Effectively convey the value of new products and new technologies, continuously improve customer acceptance of new technologies, and carry out surgeries in a safe and efficient manner to serve patients.
  6. Undertake professional empowerment and training for personnel in the region, responsible for professional empowerment related to new products and new technologies. Build a learning and empowerment system to help regional members continuously improve their professional level.
  7. Strictly abide by the company's compliance policies and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
  8. Accept a certain degree of business travel.
