工作职责：
1、利用专业的电生理知识和技能，为术者提供手术支持，确保手术安全顺利进行；
2、熟悉客户手术习惯，与术者高效沟通，不断精进专业技能，在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手手支持；
3、紧跟行业和公司发展趋势，主动学习和掌握行业内新理念、新技术、新产品的优势和使用，能够制定针对性、可拆解的推广沟通方案；
4、熟练使用新产品、数字化等新工具以及新技术，协助专业教育团队提升术者理念、技能和信心；
5、有效传递新产品、新技术的价值，不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度，以安全高效的方式开展手术，服务病患；
6、承担区域内人员的专业赋能培训工作，负责新产品新技术相关的专业赋能。搭建学习和赋能体系，帮助区域内员工专业水平不断进阶；
7、严格遵守公司的合规政策，完成上级交予的其他任务；
8、接受一定程度出差；
