This role is a Clinical Specialist in MedTech Sales, focusing on building relationships with key accounts, providing clinical support for the Biosense Webster portfolio (specifically 3D mapping procedures), and driving the adoption of new technologies. The role involves account-based planning, customer education, and collaboration with marketing and regional teams for product launches and training.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering strong customer relationships, clinical product support, and value-added services.
  2. Provide expert clinical support for 3D mapping procedures across Singapore.
  3. Drive adoption and demand for 3D mapping technologies by effectively leveraging clinical evidence and outcomes data.
  4. Identify business development opportunities to drive unit growth, profitability, and market share within assigned key accounts.
  5. Support improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery through education and training for clinicians and technical staff, where appropriate.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably within Electrophysiology or Cardiology.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, openness to learning, strong attention to detail, and a desire for continuous growth.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an EP Technician with hands-on Electrophysiology exposure is preferred.
  • CEPIA (Australia) and/or IBHRE certification is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including weekends, as required.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
