The Opportunity
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity in Brisbane for a Clinical Specialist within our Trauma Team. Working alongside Product Specialists, you are responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff
- Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team
- Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and support product rollouts, demo, and evaluations
- Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
About You
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.) and experience providing clinical support in-theatre during orthopaedic surgeries is highly regarded
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and the ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call on a rotating roster
- Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused, with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, is organised with good time management skills
