Clinical Success Director (pittsburgh)

Abridge · Vertical AI · PGH · Commercial

This role is for a Clinical Success Director at Abridge, a company that uses an AI-powered platform to transform patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes. The director will focus on delivering the generative AI platform to clinicians, providing education and training, gathering product feedback, and contributing to the product roadmap. The role requires clinical experience, understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements, and experience with cross-functional teams. While the company heavily utilizes AI, this specific role is focused on customer success, product adoption, and strategy rather than direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  3. Provide product strategy recommendations by aggregating user feedback and developing artifacts that articulate how product enhancements may expand the reach of our product(s) and improve clinician user experiences.
  4. Develop, monitor, and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics to help communicate long-term impact and value.
  5. Evangelize product capabilities and direction to prospective customers by creating sales collateral, conducting product demos, and more.
