What you'd actually do

  1. Provide expert clinical support during joint replacement procedures, ensuring proper use of implants, instruments, and digital tools.
  2. Deliver professional training and education programs for surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
  3. Support the sales team through high-quality clinical service that enhances customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital accounts and stakeholders across the region.
  5. Manage implant and instrument inventory, consignment levels, and logistical needs within assigned hospitals.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Emergency Medicine, or other clinical/biomedical fields.
  • Previous experience with Magen David Adom (MDA) or similar emergency medical services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
  • High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic surgical settings.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
